Sedona, AZ

March 18, 1999

Ellen and I did a warm up hike in Sedona AZ on our way to the Grand Canyon. About 2 hours south of the Canyon, Sedona has beautiful red rock formations and a large new age population claiming 10 vortexes (energy sources). We seemed to have missed the vortexes but our three hours of hiking here were well worth the stop.

Sibling bonding
Sedona is a small town nestled among some big beautiful rock formations.
Breaking in our hiking equipment.
I don't like raisins in my trail mix, so I picked them out.
