In December 2006, Nancy and I Bottled my home-made wine at Vintners Cellar Winery.
Kenn joined us too. We had way too much fun.

First we tasted wine to determine what we wanted to make. Irene Kokkinos, the owner, guided us through this process.

We had lots of fun with Irene tasting wine.

I decided to make a Black Current Merlot and Ellen decided on a Verdicchio.

First we mixed the grape juice in sanitized containers with water and added the chemicals needed to properly ferment the sugars.

Testing and stirring to make sure the right amount of alcohol content will make the wine taste right.

The winery is beautiful.

Below are the carboys where our wine is aging. In 8 weeks we will go back to bottle and add our own private labels.
