In December 2006, Nancy and I Bottled my home-made wine at Vintners Cellar Winery.
Kenn joined us too. We had way too much fun.

I decided to make a Black Current Merlot and Ellen decided on a Verdicchio. |

First we mixed the grape juice in sanitized containers with water and added the chemicals needed to properly ferment the sugars. |

| Testing and stirring to make sure the right amount of alcohol content will make the wine taste right. |

The winery is beautiful.
Below are the carboys where our wine is aging. In 8 weeks we will go back to bottle and add our own private labels. |
